I purchased a bluetooth scanner and have connected it to the tablet.
I can't connect the scanner and the Elementary POS software.

Use the barcode scanner option is turned on under the customization tab.

Help, we need to scan our items.

The barcode scanner acts like a keyboard. Test if the code scans correctly to another app, for example for email or WhatsApp.

You can also try the settings in the Elementary POS app:
Menu->Settings->Barcode scanner settings->Use external scanner optimized
