Use Draw without Printer

We have a some kiosk outlets selling drinks and we do not use a printer in these, but I do have some spare draws. Is there a way to opperate the draw via RJ11 without a printer ?

I was looking for a solution, a USB to RJ connector adapter would solve the problem. There are more of these adapters on the market, but it looks like it probably won't work. Most are designed for Windows systems.
Unfortunately, I have no experience with this.
